- Is the build really free?
- Yes. We build the site and send you a preview before you pay anything. The only charge is $79 a month if you choose the plan.
- What does the $79 a month pay for?
- Hosting, keeping the site live and maintained, and small changes: text, photos, hours, services.
- What happens when my preview arrives?
- You get a private link, good for 7 days. Take your time, show it to whoever you like, and then decide.
- What if I want changes?
- Changes are included in the $79 a month plan. Tell us what you want changed, we make the edits, and the site goes live on your own domain when the first payment lands.
- What if I like it exactly as it is but do not want to pay monthly?
- We send you the site files, free, and you host them wherever you like. The files are the site's source code, so putting them live takes a developer or a one-time setup we can quote. Forms on the site do not travel with the files.
- Am I locked in?
- No contract. Cancel anytime, and your site files are yours.
- Do you write what goes on my site?
- We build from the details you give us on the start form: what you do, your services, your area, your hours. If you have wording you love, include it and we will use it word for word where it applies.
- Can I add reviews or phone answering later?
- Yes. Reviews and phone answering are separate services you can add when you are ready, priced when you ask.
- Can you help us get more reviews?
- Yes. Review management is an add-on called Review IQ. After each finished job, it sends your customer a text and an email asking for a Google review, follows up politely if they do not respond, and stops the moment they reply or leave one. It is a separate service from the $79 site plan, priced when you ask for it.
